This place has become our first (and usually last) place to go for any new furniture we need. The great selection of items covering the range of styles and budget levels means we almost always are able to find just what we need or want. On top of that the staff are always super friendly and helpful without ever being pushy. Then to top it off we have always been really happy with the delivery guys who like their counterparts in the store go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of.
I have shopped here several times and really like the deals I get. This last time I had prompt service and Shelia was very informative and sold me exactly what I was looking for. She was very courteous and kind. I will shop here again. The counter clerk was nice too and made the paperwork quickly and explanatory.

I recently visited the store in Rocky Mount. I worked with Fran and I have to say that it was the most enjoyable shopping experience I have ever had. I was greeted as I came thru the door and then left to walk the floor and see the selection with no one hovering over me. When I was ready to talk to a salesperson Fran was right there. She is very personable and professional in her approach and was able to answer all of my questions. I wound up buying a couple of things that I didn't original plan on and I am so happy I did. The excellent customer service and freedom to shop without a salesperson hovering was such a welcome change from prior furniture shopping experiences at other furniture stores.
