Great customer service and deliverymen are very professional and respecting of myself and property. Any time there's an issue they are quick to fix it and make it right, ive purchased and paid for several items I appreciate everything they do, they go above and beyond to make me a happy customer!
Last year I rented a riding lawn mower and 4 A/C units. I had the items for a few weeks and I missed a payment. I was going to make a double payment the following Saturday amd on the FridayThey came and retrieved the items. I was 6 days late. I guess the didn't want the money I was going to pay them on Saturday including late fees. The say one thing and do another. I wish google had a negative star rating. I would give them a -5 star rating
Yesterday I contacted the office to schedule a pickup time and question why they missed the first. I was told I never had a pickup scheduled so I recorded the remainder of this conversation to have record. I was told someone will be here between 12-2pm the next day. The gentleman who arrived at 3:15pm was anything but polite. When asked to sign something to verify pickup and receipt of the merchandise he proceeded to tell me "they don't do that". I said I'm not giving you anything until you can and asked him to leave. He angrily refused saying he could not leave without merchandise or payment. I said that's not happening unless you sign something so I am no longer financially responsible. I asked him again to just leave until my husband was home (as I'm a 120lb 5'2" female home alone and felt intimidated when he refused to leave) he calls his manager and asks what to do instead of complying with my 2nd request for him to leave civilly. I then called my neighbor over to have a witness present because I no longer felt safe in my own home! After hanging up with my neighbor I again said you need to leave or I'll call the police and he puffed out his chest to try to intimidate me even further! Once my neighbor arrived he continued to yell at me about how terrible his job conditions are and that some people point guns at them. Irrelevant as I don't own any but I digress. I finally for the first time in my 31 years on this earth got angry enough to yell at someone I just met. This is not a place to rent from! Unless you want to be harassed and threatened in your own home!
