Very Disappointed.
What a great experience it was to buy chairs with this company. From those I talked with in ordering, and a lot of the time it was with Cindy, all the way through the people in the warehouse when the chairs were picked up, we were treated as friends who were making a choice to purchase and not just as some anonymous buyer. We talked about ministry together and when there were details to work out there was a great deal of patience exhibited to me. I really appreciate that. I definitely would and have recommended Church Furniture Store to others. We got a good product at a very good price and the details were handled with kindness and professionalism.

I have contacted Mark Korte of Podiums Direct and Blue Ridge Church Furniture company as well as Church Furniture Store All of which are connected. In March 2017 We ordered and paid for a pulpit & table for the grand opening of our brand new auditorium when received them they were the wrong ones and didnt match each other. We had to wait again for the furniture to be made and store the incorrect non-matching furniture in our kitchen. Grand opening WITHOUT the pulpit & table we ordered. About 7 weeks later the ones we ordered arrived unfinished caulking showing through trim un-sanded wow! You cant make this stuff up but it happened we had to send it back again. We asked for compensation and got NO reply. On Sept 7, 2017 We got pulpit & table still with a blemish on front and scrape on side. I am kicking myself for using this company. My Deacon and I are both disappointed in Mark Korte. After six months of this you would think there would be some offer of compensation for giving us such low service and inferior products. I could not sleep if I did not warn others of our experience. Feel free to contact us.

Hello, I'm the pastor of the Battle Creek Pentecostal Church. We recently just purchased a steeple from the church furniture store. We dealt with Cindy Wright. She was awesome to work with. They were fast in response to our order. If anyone is looking to buy for their church, I would recommend checking with this company. I can't stress it enough, they are great to work with. We have had so many compliments about our steeple. If we ever need anything else for our church, I will return to this supplier. Thank God for honest people.

Love the chairs, they were as described. Delivered fast. We are a small church, we only had about 30 people at the time of ordering but we knew God were going to send more, so we ordered 100, we are having to put them all out now. It has maybe been a year or not quite a year now. So thank Church Furniture Store for the great prices and the quality of the chairs.
