Mary Ellen's warm personality is truly endearing and instantly draws people in. While I was there, a wonderful newlywed couple came into shop and within a short time we were all chatting and laughing as if we were old friends.
This was one of the BEST shopping experiences I have EVER had and I'm 60 years old. When I first arrived at the store I was nervous about laying on beds in front of other people, but from the moment I entered the store I was greeting by the big, beautiful, radiant smile of Mary Ellen, the store manager who instantly put me at ease.

My wife and I had a great experience at VFM Sleep Center today. We were looking to buy a new mattress and base that would rise the head and feet. We spent several hours with Mary Ellen, the store manager, learning about the various options and the pros and cons of each. She is not a "high pressure" sales person, but rather one that gained our respect by presenting the facts. The Sleep Center had various choices for our consideration. We were never rushed or made to feel that we were taking too much time to make a reasonably important purchase. In the end, we made a choice which we believe is right for us and which is very reasonable in price. We will certainly return when and if we have need for another mattress.
