Incredibly professional from start to finish! Had a water heater replaced within 12 hours of my phone call, a text prior to arrival with the technicians picture, he arrived exactly when they told me he would. Mike was in a professional uniform, EXTREMELY knowledgeable about his craft, trustworthy and represented himself and the company very well. I spent more than I had planned but the level of service and expertise far exceeded my expectations. I will be a repeat customer of Wisler Plumbing.
Mr. Walker was totally professional. Before he arrived, he anticipated what repair parts would be needed, so no time was wasted in effecting repairs. He kept me informed of my options as he diagnosed the problems and completed the repairs on time. Instead of a task that I feared would take several days, he completed the repairs in just a part of an afternoon. It’s encouraging to know that the level of professionalism and courtesy that Mike represents can still be found.
Mark did an excellent job. We had a leak in the water line running from the kitchen sink to the refrigerator ice maker. A large quantity of water had leaked from the upper level through the ceiling into the finished basement and onto the carpet. He located the leak by cutting out a section of the ceiling. He then repaired the water line. Mark was careful to put on protective covers over his shoes to ensure not bringing dirt into the house. He cleaned up the work area before leaving.
Every experience with Wisler I've had has been as close to ideal as I could hope for. No additional muss, no additional fuss, just no more problem.
