4 hour wait for mom to see a doctor still has not been seen
Not sure why it has bad rating, I'm from patrick county but drive to this hospital for any emergency or surgery need and have had nothing but excellent service from the staff and Drs. The wait time in ER is always short.
Sorry that some people had a bad experience at the hospital. My visit today was perfect. I arrived early to register, received treatment on time and glad that I was treated professionally and was cared for by people that really seemed to care!
This stupid hospital won't let me check on my husband who was in a car accident just because I have an infant. Now I have to sit and wait knowing nothing because I don't have a babysitter. If I can't go back they should come out and tell me something since I can't go back but no they can't. I will never come back I rather go to bedford and they suck but at least I could be with my husband

Long wait times for absolutely nothing. Care is decent, but there is this strange smell that I can't quite explain. The building is dated, but the staff seem to be very friendly.
