Nice people work here. Price is reasonable.
Customer service is not a priority of the manager at this location. I had to call corporate to have my issue fixed. My daughter called before taking my grandson there and asked about a service she wanted done she was told the add on was free but when she went to pay the bill she was charged for the add on and when she stated she was told it was free the manager stated well my employee was not correct and there is nothing i can do!!!! Good managing there !! Not. Manager needs to be trained on customer service or issues will persist. We live in a small town word spreads fast. This is not the only option we have so stop thinking like it is.
To be honest I am very picky about my hair so I go somewhere else where I am more comfortable.
The staff is courteous, professional, and do excellent work. I highly recommend them.
