my husband got called for interview..he got there they said we dont dont know what you are talking about...how very unproffesional...i highly do not recommend this dumpsite
I toured the plant and had an interview. I was greeted warmly. I was treated with the most respect and professionalism. It was near the end of the day and the floors barely looked like they had production during the day. They were very clean and organized. The following day, I witnessed the same clean facility! I witnessed the workers cleaning as they go, ream work, excellent sanitation procedures and exceptional personal hygienic practices.

I was a past employee here, what I seen was disgusting. I have seen people put cakes in the trash can and get them out and put them back on the production line to be shipped out. I have seen people drop pudding cake slices that have been dropped on the floor back on the table to be put in boxes and shipped out. I have seen people drop smoothing tools on the floor and pick them back up to continue smoothing the cakes. People wipe their noses on the smocks being worn, some people don't even wear gloves. Employees have their face masks down all the time. The company knows of this issue and they train for good manufacturing practices right before the inspectors come incase the inspector asks questions. There is supposed to be surprise inspections but as soon as the supervisors know they are there they send someone out on the production floor for the employees to be notified. And to be honest the cakes are ugly they turn the lines up fast to get everything done quick and when someone comes they slow the lines down so the cakes will look ok at the moment. All of these cakes are going to kroger and food lion.. and kroger nor food lion have any idea of this when they come visit they make sure they employees know and to make sure everything is in order on the line
