Just no. Whole experience was horrible.
I paid $200 for what looked like two flowers and a bunch of moss. Horrible customer service, they don't refund. The man, whoever he was, only said oh no I'm so sorry on repeat. I would recommend going somewhere else or making your own arrangements. It certainly would suit your needs better!
They did the flowers for my mom's casket and they were exactly what we asked for and BEAUTIFUL!!! Thanks Alan!
Horrible experience. Went in person to order the flowers for a funeral. I was very specific in ordering as far as colors. When I got to the funeral home I was embarrassed--I couldn't believe I paid $75 for that pitiful arrangement that was very much not what I had ordered. I went by the shop to register a complaint and the owner was completely indifferent to my issues. As I told him "I don't want a refund but you can do better". I used their services against my better judgment--I have always used their competitor with always excellent results. The "other" local florist will get all my future business. I gave them one star for service because I had to to post the review. They didn't deserve it, believe me.
Ordered flowers for a birthday, upgraded to the large premium size. The flowers themselves were very nice, but the size of the bouqet was very small compared to what we've received in the past. I called to ask about this, the person who answered the phone (I did not get a name) simply said "well, that's what came up", no apology, nothing offered to help out, just said a couple times "that's what came up". I guess they follow a "recipe" and don't think about it. For over $100, I could have had 3 massive bouquets from Kroger. Customer service is absolutley lost on this place. Not again.....
