So not only did I risk driving it there 15 miles, now I had to go and pick it up and drive it back home with a near blown throw out bearing in my transmission ...
Then a few days later I went in there and talked to their mechanic, he took two long phone calls and just ignored me for a possible sales of vehicles, so I waited 20 minutes for him to be on the phone just to hang up and tell me he will be in touch tomorrow...
Meanwhile thru this whole mess is my vacation with my family coming up needing my truck to tow my camper..
Dropped truck off, left him a note of what was wrong with it, called 2 days later, no answer no call back..
What a SHAME to do this to a PAYING CUSTOMER!
Total horror from beginning to end! I turned to Zeros thru a referral to fix my truck. I called them, they never returned my call..
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY !!!
BUT!!!!! Based on me and the person who referred me to him being in an argument, my referral must have told him to not work on my truck, Zeros REFUSED to work on my truck and told me the key will be in the gas cap and to come get it off his lot!!!!!!!
Days went by , still nothing.. No return call, no acknowledgement to a potential customer..
Nice vehicles and lot, but never returns calls or emails. Whatever happened to customer service?

Finally my referral (a customer of his and a guy who does some handyman work for him) spoke to him and he was able to get me to drop my truck off.
Completely screwed up my families vacation, my camper is still parked at the campsite because I don't have a truck to pick it up. And now over 2 weeks since my initial conversation with Zeros, my truck is now sitting in my driveway with me now searching for someone to fix the issue.. And all it comes down to is a $40 part and a few hours of labor..
FIVE DAYS LATER!, I get a call from him saying he started my truck and checked it out and yes it appears to be the throw out bearing in my clutch ( yes I knew that, that's why I brought it to you).....
